I’m so excited excited and excited. There is only 5days left now, I can’t wait till I go to Hong Kong. Man its going to be awesome there. I’m going to try and lose as much weight as possible in 3 days. Its now or never, but 7kg is ok I guess, but I prefer more. He he he Hong Kong here I come
If you want food, then you must be talking about Hong Kong, its the land of most delicious and wonderful food you can find. Well since I’m going to Hong Kong soon, so I’ll update it with all the wonderful food and snacks that I will try.
Its only 9sleeps away from going to Hong Kong so excited. Now that Visa is all sorted out, all there left to is get gifts for friends and family and pack.
Well, now that the domain is setup and users and groups added. It is time to test if users can login to multi domains. Actually I still need to test the groups out, cause I have not tested on folder sharings yet. Probably test it tonight after gym. I hope I do not need to install much more domains, I’m running low on rams to run them all.

Everytime, I seem to be rushing to go Hong Kong. 15days to go, and yet have not even get gifts yet. I better get them next weekend, as I’m working up till the day I’m flying out. I’m super hype right now, I want to go back now.
Finish installing my first domain controller on the sub-domain, and everything seems to be working. Replications working and so good so far. This is getting interesting, and I finally get to work with multiple sites. In my case its virtual sites, because both sites will have the same ip range and class. Tonight I hope I’ll get the grouping permission all setup so I can start on learning and seeing how powerful read only domain controller is (RODC)
After 2 months, I’ll finally have the domain controllers setup. That is not without problem such as replication not working out, well all that is now solved. Its time I’m moving onto creating another domain within the same forest, but since I’m running Virtual machines, and the number of virtual machines I need to run, my pc is starting to take a toll. I hope I’ll be able to finish the study with my current pc setup.
If you install window server 2008 and select another location and language, the search filter function will not work. A work around to this, to install using default setting and therefore the search filter will work correctly.
If replication is not working, try force replication by typing the following command repadmin /syncall
When testing group policies once changes been made, may sure you run the command gpupdate /force so force group policy object to refrest itself.
Yay its almost time for Hong Kong, I can’t wait. I’m going to be enjoying the yummy food there. There is only 16days from today till we go, I’m getting so excited.
